After contact has been made and our office has received all the basic information about your project and the scope of work required, our office staff member will schedule an appointment to visit the job site on a date and time that works for you. One of our sales representatives will meet you or a person appointed by you at the project location. They will take measurements and explain the  entire process. They will also provide information and advice on the best options for you to move forward with your project.

Not So Bad!

Following the site visit when our team has identified what the client wants and needs, also has reviewed all the information provided at the meeting and confirms that they are ready to take the next step, within 48 hours, a proposal will be sent via email. The proposal will contain a full breakdown of the entire project and the scope of work, and the time frame for completion, including a full price layout of all the labour and material costs, ensuring Celtic Finishes is the best fit for your project.

Carrying out renovations on your home or business is a big step. There is a lot to think about. You need to ensure that all the necessary paper work required is in order and you have the right team in place that understands what you are looking for and is dedicated to meeting your expectations and specifications. Before any work can commence, a signed contract is required between Celtic Finishes and the client. The contract will serve as a legally binding agreement between both parties. The contract will contain a full description of the scope of work, materials required, project duration and a break down of all the payment terms at each stage of the project. It is important that all parties have reviewed, and confirms that the contract holds all the correct information. And also understands their responsibilities therein, to be carried out in full.  

It's All Yours!

Upon completion of your project, there are a few final steps that need to take place before the handover and project closure. A site visit is scheduled between Celtic Finishes and the client to carry out a detailed walk-through of the project and complete a deficiency checklist to ensure that all the specified work has been accurately accomplished, and the criteria has been met. When the client has confirmed that Celtic Finishes has delivered on their promise and a sign off has been completed, our one year warranty will commence.
