 In February 2024, I hired Celtic Finishes Inc. to install drywall in the area around my basement stairs. The job was completed on time, within budget, and with excellent quality and appearance. Without hesitation, I asked Declan for a quote on a much bigger project, which included house painting and some window repairs. The quote was fair and reasonable. The professionalism and personal attitude of Declan's crew were unmatched during the four-day project, which took place in mid-April 2024. The quality of work was exceptional, and my house looks better than ever. As a naturally inquisitive person, I had many questions, but Declan and his crew answered all of them with respect and patience, which I greatly appreciated. Celtic Finishes completed a full renovation of our unfinished basement. The project was to create a new rental unit with a separate walk-in entrance. Full Renovation.

I would highly recommend this business!! We completed our office renovation with them over the last 4 months or so and are quite happy with how beautiful our new space turned out. Declan was always responsive, professional, diligent, and easy to work with. It was a big job to gut and rebuild our space and his team were polite, hardworking, and efficient. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy, reliable, responsible contractor, Declan is your guy! I will be referring Celtic Finishes to everyone.

Declan came to our house to fix a hole in the ceiling that was made by our contractor while renovating our master bathroom upstairs. 

He fixed the hole in the ceiling and then smoothed our first floor popcorn ceiling. 

He uses a dustless vacuum removal system and covers everything that needs to be covered and protects all the floors to minimize the amount of dust. 

He plastered, sanded, primed and painted all the ceilings. The final product looks great. It’s makes our house feel a lot bigger and cleaner. 

We love Declan and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs drywall work or popcorn ceiling removal.

Declan did a great job in our home about 6 months ago. 

He removed the popcorn ceilings on main floor (we have high ceiling in family room) and second floor lobby. 

He did veneer finish on top and primed all ceiling. He protected all walls with plastic. 

The Ceilings looks smooth and beautiful and bright. 

Top Qualities: Great Results, Personable, Accommodating, Excellent Value, very responsive to emails and texts. My only nit picks are that he originally supposed to start 9:00am in the morning but the night before he changed to

 12 noon. The next morning this was changed to the next day "one of his guy called in sick". 

The project took a little longer than I was told up front but because I wasn't yet living at my new place it was not an issue. 

We'll certainly hire him again for future projects.
